Privacy Policy

This policy covers the amolumi.com website and the AMOLUMI product. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This website
The website is static. Pages are pre-built files served from a content delivery network; there is no application server behind them and no account system to log into.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregate page views and performance metrics. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites.
No advertising trackers. There are no advertising networks, social pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
The waitlist. If you submit your email address, we store it to contact you about AMOLUMI. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask to be removed at any time.
The product
The product handles far more sensitive data than the website, so the design is built around keeping it on the device.
Vision
Camera frames are processed on the robot and are never uploaded. There is no telepresence, no live camera feed, and no cloud activity clips. See docs/Privacy model for how this constrains the feature set.
Audio
Live audio is streamed, transcribed, and the raw recording discarded. Transcripts are retained so the robot can remember conversations; audio recordings are not.
Memories
Conversations are stored as facts with validity windows, scoped per speaker. You can view, edit, pin, or delete individual memories in the dashboard.
Voice data
If you use voice cloning or speaker recognition, voiceprints are stored encrypted, server-side, and are never shared between accounts. You can delete them, which also removes the ability to recognise you by voice.
Provider keys
If you supply your own model provider API key, it is encrypted at rest and used server-side only. It is never sent to your browser and never written to logs.
Retention
- Website analytics: aggregated, retained according to our analytics provider’s defaults
- Waitlist email: retained until you ask to be removed, or until launch communications end
- Product memories and transcripts: retained until you delete them
- Raw audio: not retained
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
Email [email protected] and we will action the request. Deleting your account removes your data; we do not keep a shadow copy.
Where data is processed
Website content is served from Cloudflare’s global network. Product data is processed in European Union datacenters.
Children
AMOLUMI is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will note the revision date at the top of this page.
