Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the amolumi.com website. AMOLUMI products are in development and are not yet for sale.
Pre-launch status
AMOLUMI is under active development. This website provides information only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a promise of specific features, or a contract of sale.
Specifications, features, and availability described on this site may change before launch. Where a description and a shipping product disagree, the shipping product’s documentation governs.
Your use of this site
You may read, link to, and share this site. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others
- Present its content as your own, or imply endorsement or affiliation you do not have
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a unit, or confer a price. It means we may contact you about AMOLUMI. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, the AMOLUMI name and marks, and the robot’s visual design — is owned by AMOLUMI LLC unless stated otherwise. Nothing here grants you a licence to use our trademarks.
Third-party names, including model providers and smart-home brands, are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility.
No warranty
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMOLUMI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
